Gary Millership

My career in financial services started over 20 years ago, initially helping clients with their mortgage requirements, moving on to help with retirement and investment journeys.

For the last 15 years, I have worked locally, developing my own independent financial adviser business. In that time, I have been very lucky to build a fantastic client base, working with some great people. The growth in the business has mainly been due to the support from my client’s and professional contacts, as they have paid us great compliments in making referrals and recommendations.

We have established Greentree Wealth, so we can build on the work we have done so far, but continue to provide quality bespoke financial advice, delivered with the highest levels of service.

When I’m not working, I love to spend time with my family, watching my children grow up far too quickly! I also love spending any spare time I have playing golf.

Andrew Collett

My financial services career began at HSBC when I joined the management training scheme. After passing my exams , I became a financial adviser, initially helping retail clients before moving to the commercial sector.

In 2009, I became an independent financial adviser with a firm based in the West Midlands. Over the years my business continued to grow, mostly through referrals and recommendations across personal and business customers.

In January 2023, after 14 years, I decided to move to Greentree Wealth Management Ltd. This has enabled me to continue with my philosophy of offering the highest standards of service and financial advice.

Outside work, I enjoy travelling widely to new places. I am also currently learning to speak Spanish.

Richard Marks

38 years in financial services, most recently 18 years as an independent financial adviser. A veteran of following the ups and downs of markets and trying to guide clients accordingly….and I have the grey hair to prove it!

I started in 1984 at HSBC and after 20 years there moved on to help set up and run what proved to be a successful financial advice business. Now I’m enjoying helping Greentree Wealth to get established and grow. I try to make things straightforward and down to earth, do the job properly, give the right advice and generally do the right thing.

Outside of work I do plenty of financial reading (sad I know), play some sport, enjoy travelling and all the normal stuff of day to day life.

Caroline Hillyer

I have worked in the financial services industry for the last 20 years, initially as a financial adviser with Britannia Building Society and then as children arrived, I transferred to mortgage advice again with Britannia and then with for Co-op. For the last 10 years I have provided administration support for financial advisers which covers the full spectrum of advice from pensions and investments to trusts, inheritance tax planning and long-term care. I also provide support with personal and corporate protection policies.

When I am not at my desk, I will be running my two teenage children from one friend’s house to another. My passion however is dogs and dog showing, a hobby that my daughter also shares with me. I currently have five dogs, three whippets and two Cirneco dell’Etna’s, a breed of Italian hunting dog. I am the UK Breed Health Co-ordinator for Cirneco dell’Etna’s for the kennel club which keeps me out of trouble in the evenings and allows my husband to watch golf on the telly. On a Friday night I also run our local Beaver Scout group for young people between the ages of 6 and 8 as well as organising days out for them and camping nights away.

Jenny Millership

Having graduated from Portsmouth University in 2000 with a BA Hons Degree in Geography, I began a temporary role within the Electricity Industry. The three-month contract turned into a 20-year career, with most of that time spent within the Learning & Development sector. Roles included Project Officer, Head of Training Support and Quality and Accreditations Coordinator, ensuring compliance with the relevant Awarding Bodies. After taking time from my career to look after my family, I have more recently been supporting Gary with his growing business.

Lockdown provided me with the opportunity to volunteer for KEMP Hospice, delivering meals to patients in their homes, which I loved!

Socially, I play netball in a local league, and have recently started golf lessons which I’m enjoying.

Tracy Faulkner

I have been in the Financial Services industry for 30+ years and have worked in the IFA environment specifically for the last 15 years, both in administrative and managerial roles.

I enjoy working with Financial Advisers and getting to know their clients.  It’s a forever changing industry and there is always plenty to keep me on my toes!

In my spare time, I enjoy walking and spending time with family and friends.

Chloe Little

I got myself a job in financial services back in 2018 and quickly it turned into the career I wanted. I have spent the past five years providing administrative services to financial advisers and with this every changing industry there is always so much to learn! I am now working towards my Level four diploma to become a financial adviser.

When I am not working or studying, I love spending time with my family and running around after my 1-year-old who keeps me on my toes! I also love to travel and explore new places with my family.
